Andy, Founder of Six11, brings a non-negotiable standard of precision and excellence forged during 22 years of distinguished service in the British Military. Retiring as an OR-7, Andy’s career was defined by demanding, high-stakes roles, including service as a Sniper and a crucial Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC).

​He completed five operational tours (one in Iraq, four in Afghanistan), where attention to detail was paramount to mission success. In his final posting, Andy was entrusted with teaching leadership, planning, and meticulous standards to future officers—expertise that is now the foundation of Six11’s service guarantee.
